is a multi-pronged commitment from McLean’s ownership and leadership team that’s designed to make a tangible difference. With education at its core, McLean CARES is comprised of five core tenets that work together to create positive impacts on our employees, customers, and surrounding community.

Community

McLean is a strong believer in giving back to our community. We routinely contribute to local organizations in need and support the educational efforts of those less fortunate.

Academics

McLean has established a Scholarship Fund to help the children of our employees with the cost of higher education, helping to open the door for students to experience the benefits college can provide.

Responsibility

With safety as a primary value, McLean has established comprehensive employee safety programs and social responsibility efforts to ensure the safest work environment and supportive social policies.

Employee Education

From career-focused classes to employee cross-training, our encouragement of employee education helps all of our employees have a full understanding of our products to best meet and exceed customer expectations.

McLean has adopted a continuous improvement approach toward refining our overall sustainability and environmental impact.
